WWW Wednesday – 24th July 2019

Happy Wednesday Everyone!

Welcome back to WWW Wednesday. WWW Wednesday is a meme hosted by Sam over at Taking on a World of Words.

I hope you’re all having a good, bookish week. Don’t forget to say hello in the comments below and share your links.

What is WWW Wednesday?

For WWW Wednesday you answer the following questions:

  1. What are you currently reading?
  2. What have you recently finished reading?
  3. What do you think you’ll read next?

What are you currently reading?

I am still reading Ducks, Newburyport by Lucy Ellmann and quite honestly, probably will be doing so for quite some time. This is the last time I’m going to feature it on WWW Wednesday but you can just assume I’m still reading it.

I’m also reading Trinkets by Kirsten Smith. I don’t have any strong feelings on it either way at the moment but it’s a light read.

What have you recently finished reading?

I didn’t finish any books this week! Here’s a picture of my favourite small wild cat instead. (It’s a Pallas’s cat. Proper goofy and always look angry.)

What do you think you’ll read next?

I have just received an early finished copy of To Calais, In Ordinary Time by James Meek. I’m assured it’s going to be one of the best novels of the year and having read just the first few lines I’m already excited to get reading.
