WWW Wednesday – 31st July 2019

Happy Wednesday Everyone!

Welcome back to WWW Wednesday. WWW Wednesday is a meme hosted by Sam over at Taking on a World of Words.

I hope you’re all having a good, bookish week. Don’t forget to say hello in the comments below and share your links.

Take care,

What is WWW Wednesday?

For WWW Wednesday you answer the following questions:

  1. What are you currently reading?
  2. What have you recently finished reading?
  3. What do you think you’ll read next?

What are you currently reading?

More accurately, I am listening to The Secret Barrister, which I didn’t expect to really get into but I absolutely am. It is a fascinating insight to the UK legal system and well narrated.

What have you recently finished reading?

Another slow reading week but I did finish Trinkets by Kirsten Smith, and you can find my review here.

What do you think you’ll read next?

You may have seen that I recently announced that I am planning to attempt to read as many of the Booker Prize longlist as I can before the shortlist is announced. A huge challenge but one I’m prepared to take on. I am extremely grateful to some of the publishers for kindly sending me review copies of these books when they are in such high demand. I think I’m going to start with Deborah Levy’s The Man Who Saw Everything as it’s one of the shorter books.

What’s on your TBR list? Let me know in the comments below and don’t forget to share a link to your own WWW Wednesday.
